Pondering Prompt -"What Would you give Up "
What would you give up to Experience another's Art?
~ take a hypothetical event where you would have the chance to Experience
Another Persons Art that makes your heart sing ( ........fill in the blank ) ~ .. a gallery visit, a workshop by a favourite artist , a book signing from
an author that inspires you at a store 3 hours away, a chance to watch an
artist at "work" at a festival , a trip to an art retreat to meet artists
you admire , an invitation to join a group of artist women playing for a day
, etc ....... ~ Look at your own personal situation and feel your way into the
hypothetical event , Imagine what it would be like attending the event ,
walking amongst that which inspires you and feeling the joy flood through
your heart ~ What would you be Prepared to GIVE UP for the chance of that experience This is an opportunity to focus on the possiblility of such an experience
rather than the impossibility .. try and really imgagine such an event in
your heart, going with the flow and living it in your wide eyed dreams ...
then when you have tasted its juicyness and are right in the middle of
feeling yourself loving the experience .. look at your soul and see what you
would be prepared to give up to be that imagined person for a day......
