Mixed Media Art Questions for Milliande
Hello again Milliande and thanks for your reply.
I do have another question and if it has been asked and answered I have not seen and I apologize for time taken.
By the way, I think it is so awesome that Maya joins you in your artistic adventures. My son used to draw and he was amazing at Chinese Paint Brush, but alas.
Teenagers do not have time for that, or at least mine doesn't. OK moving on.
You have black acrylic ink in a waterbrush and mini mister: do you add anything else to either of them? I was thinking a bit of water to both, but unable to determine. I am anxious to try the acrylic ink, new "toy" and have been huge fan of mini misters for sometime now.
Again, I apologize if this has been asked and answered before. THank you so much.

Hi Heather,

I love arting with Maya , it is great to have her interested in playing with me, kids have such inhibited energy that can teach me a thing or two ..we love sharing artful space together
She has decided that she would like to host some prompts too.. so I have just opened a subgroup for our kids art in my community... she is hosting a prompt on " Birds in our Garden" ... I cant believe how fast she is growing up ..I treasure these days with her
have a beautiful day

I am intriqued by the notion of universal consciousness and choose to peek closely at the small particles that make up existence.
Human and living form cell biology, the interplay of microcosm and macrocosm, quantumphysics and the spiritual connection to the Self all nurture me with an endless stream of inspiration.
The female form and its nature of being, the beauty of motherhood, viewing the world in fragments rather than wholes and the palpable energy exchange and communication between them are central themes in my artwork.
I enjoy making the invisible visible and creating openended visual artworks that invite the viewer to explore deeper within their own layers of perception.
Contemporary Mixed media art techniques provide a rich playground for my artistic impulses and allow room for an individual approach to the multilayered facets of my artwork.
