Adding details to my piece

by Angela DiGiovanni
(Payson, UT)

Hi Milliande!

I've got a background going and I've got my girl drawn. I'm planning on writing a little message on her dress.

I would love your feedback or to be pointed to a video where you cover it, on creative/pretty ways to write the message. Also, what to add in the empty space behind the girl's back?

Any other details I could add to make this piece complete?

Thank you so much!!
Angela

PS - My image on my hard drive show up vertical... not sure why it's going sideways on me here... sorry!

Hi Angela ..
I will put this message out here for our members to see ... maybe someone has some inspirational words for you too ..

For lettering I usually use an pen and ink nib ...or sometimes sharpie markers .... I tend to just write irregular letters that fit in the space that has been left open after I added some imagery .... I do not plan much ..my art usually just arrives on the page ..giggle

I dont really draw pretty girls ... so hopefully someone else can jump in :-)))

good luck
...milliande
