I used Crayola colored pencils

Various alphabet stencils I had around

Pitt brush pens

Punch out alphabet letters


I want to focus on what I am thinking so I can stop thinking junk. Also, I want to focus on the moment I am in instead of constantly thinking about what's happening next.
