Supplies/Materials:


Watercolors
watercolor brush (that you put the water in the brush to use)
moss green stain
Zig double-sided black marker
white Galaxy marker.


My intro page is 2010?

My Year of Discovery. I did a watercolor background using the watercolor brush on dry paper and added details on top after it dried with markers.

I tried using stain for the first time on the leaves, but it came out very fast and soaked right through the paper. It did add a wonderful hue to the leaf area. I like the colors. Journaling is new to me even though I've been blogging for a long time--that was definitely the hardest part of the layout for me.

I'm hoping to discover how to use all the wonderful wet materials being used in journal creation, and maybe a little about me in the process too.
