Art Supplies:


gesso
masking paper stamped with StazOn ink
magazing clippings
watercolor crayons
watercolor brush pens
colored sharpies
twinkling H20s

I started with a gessoed background, added some stamped masking tape, and a magazine clipping.
Then I added the clipped out letters, and the lettering.
Some of the words are done with water color crayons, and water color brush pens, but most of them are done with colored sharpies.
At the very end, I added the twinkling H20s to the background.

~ giggle...you sneaked a face in .... I find it quite interesting to limit myself to text only ... makes me look differently at the texture and shape the collage piece forms and the way i can play with lettering as an artistic element. .

~ I like the mixed media collage background of your art journal page... to be looks like a set of stage curtains that she has appeared in front of to tell the world about her wonderings. ... :-)
