Dover Sampler Book on butterflies

I have loved butterflies for as long as I can remember. To the point of saturation and I got rid of every butterfly "dust-catcher" thingy-bob that I had several years ago.

They have crept back into my life again slowly but surely. My "totem" insect perhaps? I have a Dover Sampler clip art cd of butterflies but I just looked at the book pictures for inspiration.

I saw one that gave me the idea for a sort of Asian theme and went from there.
I loved your butterflies, especially where you made the flower out of the ink blob. Wonderful! Keep the prompts coming :o :o :o

~ I love the bamboo stems on the left hand art journaling page they add such a delicate touch to your drawings...

~ I like the way you added doodled details onto the butterfly wings too ... they look like they are enjoying their time playing in a japanese garden :-)
