Masking tape :)
acrylic paints
brayer to spread the paint
uniball gel pen
a little plastic stencil thingy for the dots
rubber stamp

This was so much fun! I had not idea - what to do with masking tape??? I thought, well I can make the letter "L" easy enough. Then I just tore strips of masking tape and randomly placed them on the page. I put my brayer through some turquoise paint. Then I removed the masking tape and put on the purple paint with the brayer, then the green. I then went over the 'L' shape with a white wash. Not sure why its looking pink but its actually white. So much fun! Thanks Milliande for the prompt. Not one that I would have thought of :)

~ I have been seeing many people using ,masking tape and all kinds of other tapes in their art journaling and have never really been inspired .. then had a go and loved the potential of this effect... leaving all these little journaling spaces... great fun
