This page came together without much planning at all, but my love of lotus and ponds had something to do with it. I found both pictures in a japanese cartoon book and tried to elaborate on it and make it my own.

~ I love the porthole circle... a view of the world ... or a sneaky fishtail :-))

~ I wonder what lies beneath ... I enjoy the wiring around your circle the way it creates an design effect

~ I have not played a lot with copic markers yet.. i have some very very fine ones for doing minuature painting details but the coloured ones have not called my name yet .. do you like playing with them ? What do you like most about themm /and which type do you use ? I think they are origianlly designed for drawing manga etc but seem to have taken by storm in the mixed media world

~ I do like using them with my airbrush .. ohh which reminds me that would be fun to play with now the snow has melted and i can actually access my studio again.. giggle
