This page has been my biggest challenge yet, the smile didn't turn out as expected. I have noticed that even though in real life I am very happy and cheery in my art I love to portray moodier expressions and scenes:-)

~ I enjoy the way the lettering frames your art journal page and creates an interesting visual background in and of itself like a design element

~ I recognise the way a lot of my figures have a more moody look ..and to draw a smile is actually quite hard as well ... however you captured a kind of knowing smile in your buddha which i like ..
