acrylic paints, pitt pens
copic marker
gel pen
metallic ink pen.

My word for 2010 is "Delve". I wanted to portray the word with a spiral staircase spiralling down into the as yet unknown, hoping to delve deeper into art, nature, gardening and friendships.

~ I enjoy this interpretation of the word Delve.. to me it feels like diving into the spiral of life..letting it pull me into its mysteries...

~ The word delve however has more purpose to it .. not just diving in for the sake ouf diving...but delving in for the sake of retrieving ...that which nurtures you ... I like the almost folded effect of the spiral adding yet another layer to the visual ...
