ATC making-Finishing off for a professional look NEW
by: Cookie

How about that liquid pour-on invirotex. This stuff will really give your collages a dimentional look as well as professional. You will have to mix two equal amounts of this stuff together and stir it really good.
There's some other pour-on liquid sealent that's also good. You don't have to mix anything. It comes in a purple bottle. Forget exactly what it's called, but I've seen it used on decorative bottle caps. You cut out your photo or design with a 1" cirular paper punch, put it in the bottle cap, add any other embellishments like glitter confetti, ext. This same clear liquid sealent you pour in your decorative bottle cap can also be used to seal the top surface of your cards and this stuff will make your cards look like it's sealed under glass.
Make sure you find a clean dust free level surface and let this stuff dry in a day or two.
