Once in awhile my page actually turns out better than what's in my head. Today was not one of those days :)

Several things didn't work the way I thought they would. Still have so much to learn. Still having fun though.

The blue feather in the cage was supposed to be representative of the blue bird that's on the other page - the one that got away.

~ I like the beautiful blue feather left behind in the birdcage... and the soft mixed media backgroun on the left hand art journal page... like the way you played with perspective drawing too..incorporating the red bird to imply distance and size... a very playful art journal page ...
