I passed through San Luis Obispo once with my Mother, in what seems like forever ago. We only got to visit for a short time here and she and I wanted to go back. She is no longer with us, but I long to go back and really explore the old buildings and the many art gallerys.
1. Celluclay - To see if I like it more than real clay.
2. Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads - I'm new to the Art Journal, but just love these distress ink pads.
3. Tim Holtz Grungepaper - O to make book covers with!
4. Acrylic Revolution by Nancy Reyner - Learning always Learning something new
5. Any Golden Fluid Acrylics other than the primary colors - I have fallen in love with these paints
6. PEB - Portable Drawing Board - To help me keep active while Im stuck in the bed.
7. Barron's all about Techniques in Acrylics - Techniques, yummy!
8. Derwent Colour Soft Pencils set - So easy to use
9. Pan Pastels - Dark Grays - I saw Mrs. Moore using these and they look like fun!
10. Hospital Bed Tray that tilts - This would give me a surface to work on while confined to the bed.
*NOTE - I don't have a blog and have not been on the site much of late, but I have e-mailed everyone I know that would love to get a happy in their mail box this year. Thank you for letting me dream a little, It was fun to think about what I wanted for myself.
That all of my friends and family that are having such a hard time finically right now will find a way to survive and prosper in the months to come...
