Hello Milliande. Sorry, to contact you this way, but I couldn't find a normal email for you. I am a cross stitch embroidery designer and we have a group of designers that watch each others' backs for piracy and copyright violation issues.
We found a website of a lady who is converting artwork she finds on the internet into patterns then sells them on her website without any credit or licensing.
Yours was an image that I could actually track back to an owner. Of course, you can choose to do nothing with this info. But since you are the copyright owner, you are the one who has the legal authority to complain. I don't think there is any financial argument to sue or anything, but I think a well worded nasty letter to her would frighten her into retreat.
If you are interested in the letter idea, I have an official sounding cease-and-desist email letter that we use to poke at folks. It might take some massaging, as your case is different, being the art is being stolen rather than a scanned pattern.
Her page with your art:http://www.artfire.com/ext/shop/product_view/bellastitchery/3922236/circle_of_eyes_and_fairies_silhouette_pdf_cross_stitch_pattern/design/patterns/needlecraft/cross_stitch
Also, my apologies for bearing unpleasant news.
Sincerely,
Tracy Horner

I am intriqued by the notion of universal consciousness and choose to peek closely at the small particles that make up existence.
Human and living form cell biology, the interplay of microcosm and macrocosm, quantumphysics and the spiritual connection to the Self all nurture me with an endless stream of inspiration.
The female form and its nature of being, the beauty of motherhood, viewing the world in fragments rather than wholes and the palpable energy exchange and communication between them are central themes in my artwork.
I enjoy making the invisible visible and creating openended visual artworks that invite the viewer to explore deeper within their own layers of perception.
Contemporary Mixed media art techniques provide a rich playground for my artistic impulses and allow room for an individual approach to the multilayered facets of my artwork.
