Unconditional love is a really special kind of love that can be used to describe the love a parent has for a child, or that a pet has for its owner, as well as true friends might also have or lovers. It was with this thought in in mind that I decided I wanted to create something with a bright and cheerful feel, that had a definite feminine touch to it.

I started off my using a paper from my favourite stash with a lovely muted and mottled background, I then used a green velvet finished paper to make the pocket. I embellished this with both ribbons and little crystals and fun stickers. I made up the words unconditional love in individual tiny tags and then hung them from a wedge of the velvet finished paper on the opposite page. I embellished the page further with a flower ribbon which I thought was pretty and cheerful.

I created two tags to go into the pocket, and picked nice co-ordinating ribbons to enable them to be removed easily for reading. On these tags I have put my interpretation of unconditional love and what it means to me, as well as a well known quote whose author is unknown.

I enjoyed the freedom of playing in Tikes journal and really hope she likes what I have come up with.
