Mixed Media Art Questions for Milliande

Hi. I am an online art teacher in NC USA.

We are working on a visual journaling course for our students and wondered if we could use some of your videos to teach them about journaling.

The only issue is that we are not allowed to use YOU TUBE.
It is blocked at most schools.

Would you be willing to share photos of your journals and videos?

If so can we get the videos in another format? Teacher Tube or other? Please let us know as we are writing the course now.

Hi Lee Ann

and thanks for your enquiry ...
At present I have no intention to convert my old videos the video into a different format.

NEw videos as of January this year are not on youtube but in my own video player and can be embedded into websites for a non-profit purpose.

This past January the entire Journal Series is embeddable .. here a peek , scroll down for the videos for each day ( the introductory video is on youtube .. the rest hosted in my video player)

Artist Statement

I am intriqued by the notion of universal consciousness and choose to peek closely at the small particles that make up existence.

Human and living form cell biology, the interplay of microcosm and macrocosm, quantumphysics and the spiritual connection to the Self all nurture me with an endless stream of inspiration.

The female form and its nature of being, the beauty of motherhood, viewing the world in fragments rather than wholes and the palpable energy exchange and communication between them are central themes in my artwork.

I enjoy making the invisible visible and creating openended visual artworks that invite the viewer to explore deeper within their own layers of perception.

Contemporary Mixed media art techniques provide a rich playground for my artistic impulses and allow room for an individual approach to the multilayered facets of my artwork.
