Hi Milliande!
Wow, you are so generous with your time spent creating wonderful, inspirational art videos for us. I LOVE the way you connect us all and how welcoming you are. Today when I visited with you in your office-cum-mini studio I laughed with delight at the creative disorder that is so familiar and comfortable to me (but simply alien to my husband!).
I am not journaling along with you right now, though I am gobbling up your daily installments, and starting mid January I'll be taking Kathryn Antyr's True North Storytelling online workshop, which will translate into a form of art journaling for me. So you are putting me in the mood!
Also, I am absorbing technique...I promise I won't constantly plague you with questions, but while I did see a supply list, I wasn't sure of what you used when you created the foundation for the left side of your intro spread. You drizzled some color down (ink?) and then smeared it with a credit card... I am interested in knowing what you used.
Your finished pages have loads of energy, so much life springing off the page!
Mach's gut, und danke!

Hi Susi ,
and thanks for your nice compliments...
The Collage Diva's workshops sound great fun ... cant wait to hear all about it ..
As for the art supplies for the right hand art journal page.. that is a special kind of reinker ink .. called adirondack reinker.. and the colour I used is called "Butterscotch" ..
Originally made as a reinker for a rubberstamping inkpad.. it has found its way into the mixed media collage and art journaling world as it dries quite transparent and is easy to manipulate .
One drawback is, that it takes quite a long time to dry, best used on very absorbent art journal paper or can also be easily mixed with Golden Acrylic Paints
It is quite heavily pigmented so acts quite nicely as a colorizer as well
and then of course useful for its original use--- using it as an ink for backgrounds stamps
hope this helps
