Where to find Portfolio water soluble oil pastels in the UK ?

I'd love to get my hands on some but all my internet hits seem to be companies in the States."

~ I hit a snag with that one too ...I could not find any supplier of the Portfolio Oil pastels in the uk .. there are some mailorder compnaies in the US that will ship to the UK , but the expense could be great if you happen to have to pay tax as it arrives

~ In the end I was lucky enough to be able to be able to ask one of the women in our art community

to send me a pack to try ...

~ Maybe someone else has been able to track these down .. even Europe would be a good alternative ..I will put this question out to the group in the next newsletter..maybe someone can help ..
