wrist warmers

I love your art,and your playful personality is so infectious. Thank you, but I also loved your wrist warmers in one of your printmaking videos. Did you make those yourself and if so, could you give me the details? Is it crochet? Do they just slip on or is there a closure?

yes I made the wrist warmers myself , the are indeed crochet but in a circle ... so there is no need for a closure

I start with a crochet circle that fits the size of my wrist... usually a little tighter than anticipated as they tend to loosen with wear ..

Often I knit them too .. with a set of 4 needles I knit a circle in 2knit, 2 purl fashion so there is a little stretch ..then embellish the edge with a crochet lacey border..often in a contrasting colour ..:-)
