~ I will be playing with some art journaling prompts , you can play with me if you like
How to keep an Art Journal for a month with Milliande

~ I am not much of a planner nor a schedule keeper :- .. but I do love a challenge... so I may complete each day ..I may not... I may post each day ... I may not ... life is full of changes, full of surprises ... lets go with the flow
~ I believe in visions ..but the joy of always being able to choose freely

~ It does not matter whether you follow my prompts or your own, whether you can commit to daily or not ... just come an play at your own pace ...
~ You can mix and Match the days ... play with what resonates with you, leave what doesn't
~ With art journaling for me -- it is about releasing all fear of failure into the piece of paper, trusting it to catch me, trust it to hold all that has been waiting to come out whether that is a simple blue line because you are feeling blue .. or an elaborate beeswaxed masterpiece that almost is too good to not display on a wall How to keep an art journal without fear
